Working Principle of the ROP-206HA Oil Pump
When the meshing gears rotate inside the pump body, their teeth continuously engage and disengage. In the suction chamber, the gear teeth gradually disengage, causing the chamber's volume to increase and pressure to drop. Liquid flows into the suction chamber under the pressure of the liquid surface, then moves into the discharge chamber along the gear teeth. In the discharge chamber, the gear teeth gradually engage again, and the gear teeth spaces are occupied by the teeth of the mating gear, reducing the discharge chamber's volume and increasing the liquid pressure inside. As a result, liquid is discharged out of the pump through the pump's discharge port. With the gears rotating continuously, the above process repeats, forming a continuous oil delivery process.
Precautions:
1. The ROP-206HA oil pump shall be started directly at its rated voltage.
2. The electric pump can operate continuously at rated power under the following conditions: altitude not exceeding 1000 meters, cooling medium temperature not exceeding +40°C, and the driven load not exceeding the rated power.
3. Before use, check that the insulation resistance between the electric pump winding and the ground, as well as between the windings, is not less than 10 megohms. If it is lower, dry the winding.
4. The electric pump shall be stored in a warehouse with dry air and no harmful gases.
5. Keep the electric pump clean; clean the bearings annually and replace the bearing grease.
6. The electric pump is suitable for conveying soapy water, soda water, emulsion, light mineral oil, and other liquids that are not highly corrosive.
7. If abnormal phenomena such as insufficient flow or reversed rotation are found during use, stop the pump immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
8. Before use, check whether the shaft rotates flexibly, without sticking or impeller rubbing.
9. The rotation direction of the electric pump should match the arrow on the top cover. If it is reversed, swap the connection positions of any two power supply wires.
10. During installation, ensure unobstructed ventilation and heat dissipation for the motor.
11. Must be reliably grounded. Do not move the electric pump while it is powered on, to avoid accidents.

2. The installation height, length, and diameter of the pump's suction pipe should meet the calculated values, be as short as possible to reduce unnecessary losses (such as bends), and ensure that the pump does not exceed its allowable net positive suction head when working.
3. The suction and discharge pipelines should be equipped with supports. The pump must not bear the load of the pipelines.
4. The pump installation site should be spacious enough to facilitate maintenance work.
